Bishops Gate

Bishops Gate is a residential care home providing support for up to eight adults with learning disabilities, with a particular focus on people with Prader-Willi Syndrome. Residents require high levels of support to manage risk and remain safe, though they are independent in many areas of daily life. The service operates from one adapted residential building.

Staff support residents to have maximum choice, control and independence in their daily lives, focusing on their strengths and abilities to enable fulfilling and meaningful experiences. " The home connects residents with specialist health and social care support in the community and supports decision-making following best practice, ensuring care is delivered in the least restrictive way possible while protecting residents' interests.
