Marling Court

Marling Court provides personal care to up to 37 older people and those with dementia, with 35 residents at the time of inspection. The service has adequate staffing levels to meet people's needs, and staff are safely recruited through appropriate processes.

Medicines are administered safely and infection control processes are in place. However, potential risks to residents are not always effectively managed and recorded, which can leave staff without sufficient guidance in certain situations. The provider follows appropriate safeguarding procedures to protect vulnerable people in their care.
