About St Martin's Centre
St Martins Care Centre provides residential and nursing care for up to nine people aged 18-25 years with physical disabilities and associated learning disabilities. The service offers short overnight breaks rather than full-time residential care. At the time of inspection, four people were using the service.
The centre demonstrates good practice in its approach to care provision. Staff create a welcoming environment where people can enjoy respite stays away from their main homes, with nursing care available to support their complex needs.
