Care at the home is safe. Staff have received training in safeguarding and demonstrate good understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures. Medicine administration and management are handled safely, with sufficient staffing levels to support residents.

The home has assessed risks to people and taken appropriate action to minimise them. Staff receive appropriate training across the service, and residents are supported to access health professionals when needed. People can choose what they like to eat and drink and receive regular nutritional support.
