Fordingbridge Care Home

Staff demonstrated good knowledge of safeguarding procedures and the registered manager was prepared to take action when needed. The home maintained suitable infection control arrangements and had sufficient skilled and qualified staff appropriately deployed throughout.

Improvements were identified to ensure residents consistently received person-centred and dignified care. Relatives and staff suggested expanding activities to enhance quality of life. The provider demonstrated a commitment to learning, with lessons shared among staff to drive service improvements. Safe recruitment procedures were in place.
