St Margarets Care Home

St Margarets Care Home provides care, without nursing, for up to 16 older people, some living with dementia, across three floors with stair lift access. Previously in special measures after eight breaches of regulation, the CQC found the provider had since made significant improvements, and the service is now rated Good overall, no longer inadequate in any area.

Inspectors found care planning, medicines management, safeguarding and staffing had all improved, with people receiving dignified, person-centred support. People and relatives spoke positively about kind staff, meaningful activities and good food, and felt confident raising any concerns with the home.
