St George's Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 66 people, with a focus on supporting those living with dementia. At inspection, 59 people were using the service. Staff demonstrated a kind and caring approach, understanding people's individual needs well, and sufficient staffing levels were in place to meet people's needs safely.

However, inspectors identified areas requiring improvement. Care planning around people's clinical needs needed strengthening, and record keeping of people's care and support was not always adequate. Records did not consistently reflect the actions staff had taken to support individuals.
