Felix House

Felix House is a care home providing accommodation, nursing and personal care. Rather than offering long-term residential care, it supports people to rebuild the skills needed to live independently. The CQC rated the service good overall, having examined areas including safeguarding, risk management, staffing levels and how well people's independence and choices were supported.

Inspectors found consistently positive feedback from people living at the home, relatives, staff and visiting professionals, who described a caring, attentive and well-organised team. People said staff were considerate of their needs and supportive during difficult moments. No significant concerns were identified across any of the areas assessed.
