Highcroft Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 23 people in a large detached house with lift access to all levels. At the time of inspection, 17 people were living at the service.

Inspectors found that infection prevention and control measures were effective, with staff safely using and disposing of personal protective equipment, following safe visiting practices and isolation guidance in line with government requirements. Medicines were safely managed and administered, with people having individual plans for when-required medicines and regular checks in place to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
