St Clements Nursing Home

St Clements Nursing Home provides nursing care and accommodation for up to 25 people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 21 people were using the service. Staff numbers were sufficient to keep people safe and provide timely care, and the environment was secure with appropriate equipment available. People received medicines safely, and their health was well managed with positive links to healthcare professionals supporting their wellbeing.

The registered manager was described as approachable and listened to concerns raised by residents, relatives and staff. Staff had received appropriate training and support for their roles, and were observed to be kind and caring while promoting people's dignity and respect. Residents had developed good relationships with the staff team, and staff demonstrated understanding of the importance of treating people with respect in their daily interactions.
