St Brannocks

This service accommodates up to eight people with learning difficulties who require nursing or personal care. During the inspection, several concerns were identified. The provider had not consistently identified areas for improvement, and governance systems lacked robustness. The home environment was not always maintained safely or properly. While most care plans and support met people's needs effectively, one person experienced gaps in their care provision and did not always receive thorough individualised support.
