St Barnabas Southwold provides personal care to up to 14 people, predominantly older adults with physical disabilities, dementia, or long-term conditions. At inspection, all 14 places were occupied.

Staff consistently treated people with kindness and compassion, respecting their privacy and dignity. People and their relatives described positive relationships with both staff and management. The home maintained a welcoming atmosphere where residents were encouraged to pursue their hobbies and participate in activities of their choice.
