Staff are aware of risks to residents and how to support them safely, with the manager recognizing the need for additional training to enhance safe and effective support. Sufficient staffing numbers respond to people's needs in a timely manner. Accidents and incidents are reported and analyzed for patterns and learning, with quality assurance audits in place to provide management oversight of the service.
