St Anne's provides care for up to 33 older people, with 28 residents living at the home at the time of inspection. Some residents were living with dementia. The service demonstrated strong infection control practices, including adequate supplies of Personal Protection Equipment with a two-week emergency stock available.

Clear signage throughout the home outlined PPE requirements, with additional guidance for residents assessed at higher risk of infection. The home maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, with increased cleaning of communal areas and weekly audits to ensure procedures were followed thoroughly. High-contact areas received regular cleaning throughout the day and night, supported by dedicated cleaning rotas for night staff.
