Porte Rouge Care Home

Porte Rouge is a residential care home supporting up to 30 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 26 people were using the service. Staff demonstrated a good understanding of safeguarding, and residents confirmed they felt safe living there. Staffing levels were planned to meet people's needs effectively, with residents reporting that staff responded promptly to requests for help or support. The manager and senior leadership team had identified areas requiring improvement within the service.
