St Anne's Community Services - Daleholme

Daleholme accommodates up to five people with learning disabilities in a purpose-built setting. At the time of inspection, five people were using the service. The home provides planned and coordinated person-centered support designed to enable residents to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. Staff support people to achieve the best possible outcomes through an approach that emphasizes inclusion and respects individual needs.
