Anley Hall Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 54 people, with 50 residents at the time of inspection. The premises was clean and tidy with high standards of décor and cleaning throughout. Staff demonstrated good knowledge of infection control procedures and wore appropriate personal protective equipment consistently.

The registered manager maintained policies aligned with government guidelines, with multiple designated areas for staff to change PPE and wash their hands. Staff worked in separate groups within different areas of the home to minimise infection transmission risks. Visitors were screened for COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival.
