St Anne's Care Home accommodates up to 40 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 30 residents were living there. People felt safe and supported by staff, reporting that they didn't have to wait for assistance as staff were patient with them.

Care plans were up to date but lacked sufficient person-centred detail, though the provider had recognised this and was implementing improvements to records. The home had systems in place to identify patterns and trends, with plans to enhance how falls were analysed to reduce risks. The provider was encouraged to explore more innovative and creative approaches to fall prevention.

Medicines administration was safe, with clear records and recently improved auditing following external professional advice.
