Albany House provides residential care for up to 10 people with enduring mental health needs across three floors. During the inspection, five people were living at the home. Staff demonstrated good awareness of safeguarding procedures and whistleblowing policies, with no current safety concerns reported.

There was sufficient staffing on duty to meet people's needs promptly, with a visible staff presence throughout the inspection visit. Both residents and staff felt the home was a safe environment where concerns would be promptly reported if they arose.
