Risedale Rest Home Limited

Risedale Rest Home provides personal care and accommodation to up to 17 older people across three floors in a converted residential terrace. At the time of inspection, 15 people were receiving care at the home.

The home implemented strong infection control measures, including temperature checks and health questionnaires for all visitors. Staff had access to ample PPE and handwashing facilities, with clear signage throughout. The registered manager and provider had made ongoing improvements to the building's infrastructure to maintain cleanliness standards, including upgrading laundry facilities. The manager demonstrated good understanding of national guidance and implemented changes accordingly.
