St Andrews House

St Andrews House provides personal care for up to 35 people, including those living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, 24 people lived at the home, supported by staff described as caring and compassionate.

The CQC found improvements since its previous visit, when risk management had not been effective. Risks were now assessed and recorded, environmental hazards managed, and quality checks in place. Inspectors judged the service still required improvement overall, noting more time was needed to fully embed and sustain these changes.
