Herald Lodge

Herald Lodge provides support to older people and those living with dementia across two floors, accommodating up to 42 residents. At the time of inspection, 38 people were living at the home. Residents were happy and felt safe, with staff demonstrating clear understanding of safeguarding procedures and systems to raise and escalate concerns appropriately. The home maintained sufficient staffing levels to provide prompt, unhurried support, and staff were knowledgeable about equipment and individual risk management.

The home had robust recruitment procedures in place to verify staff suitability, and appropriate systems were established for medicine support.
