Squeaks House Residential Care Home

Squeaks House provides personal care for up to 29 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 17 people were residing at the service. Residents and their relatives reported satisfaction with the quality of care provided.

Inspectors identified that risks associated with the environment were not always being identified and addressed, though the provider took action to rectify this during the inspection. While people received their medicines as prescribed, there was no assessment tool in place to help staff identify pain in people prescribed pain relief on an as-needed basis.
