This residential home accommodates up to 37 older people across two floors, with 20 residents at the time of inspection. The service prioritizes residents' wellbeing through regular contact with family and friends, supported by a visitors pod that has been well utilized. These visits have had a positive impact on residents' mental health.

Staff receive training on infection prevention and proper use of personal protective equipment, and the management team actively supports staff wellbeing with access to dedicated support services.
