The home has implemented strong infection prevention and control measures, including regular audits of PPE use and ensuring communal spaces are cleaned and well ventilated. Staff have been attentive to residents' wellbeing, particularly during periods when regular activities were unavailable.

They have engaged people in choosing new hobbies such as bird watching, building an insect house, and creating a library. The provider has also established safe procedures for visitors to return to the service.
