Springfield Manor Nursing Home

Springfield Manor Nursing Home accommodates up to 30 residents, providing care for people with nursing and physical needs as well as those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 28 people were resident at the service.

The service maintained sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs. Staff demonstrated awareness of risks associated with individual care and ensured people received appropriate support. Medicines were administered safely and managed effectively. Residents felt safe in staff's care, and staff were knowledgeable about safeguarding procedures. The service reviewed incidents and accidents systematically, implementing actions to prevent future occurrences.
