Bramble House

Bramble House is a care home that provides accommodation for up to 29 older people, some of whom may be living with dementia or physical disabilities. At inspection, 27 people were living at the service. The home has systems in place to monitor the quality and safety of care, with people's needs regularly assessed and care plans kept up to date. Risks to people's health and safety are managed well, and when accidents or incidents occur, the service identifies learning to prevent recurrence.

Staff are visible and sufficient in number to support residents. The environment is clean, well-decorated and maintained to a good standard, with personalised bedrooms. Relatives and healthcare professionals confirmed the registered manager and provider respond quickly and appropriately when people's health needs change. People's relatives described staff as very caring and said they knew residents well.
