Springbank is a residential care home accommodating up to 41 people who need support with personal care. The service operates across four units within one adapted building, with two units specialising in dementia care. At the time of inspection, 36 people were living there.

Staff recruitment follows safe procedures, and staffing levels have been increased to ensure people's needs are met safely. Medicines are managed securely, and staff receive safeguarding training to identify and respond to risks.

People's needs are properly assessed with clear risk assessments in place to guide care delivery. Environmental and personal risks are well managed. Residents and families spoken with confirmed they feel safe at the home.
