Ghyllside

Ghyllside accommodates up to four people with mental health needs who no longer require hospital-based care in one adapted building. On the day of inspection, two people were living at the home. The service has a registered manager in post.

Staff observed good engagement with residents. Care records included detailed person-centred plans that reflected individual needs and preferences. The home maintained appropriate safeguarding procedures and ensured residents received adequate support with their mental health care and daily living needs. Residents and family members reported positive experiences, noting staff were attentive and responsive to their requirements.
