Spring Grove

Spring Grove is a residential care home supporting 33 people aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 46 residents. The home spans five floors, with communal areas on the ground floor and single and double bedrooms across the upper levels. One dedicated floor specialises in dementia care with its own communal facilities.

The service demonstrated good practice in information sharing regarding COVID-19 management and adapted guidance throughout the inspection period. Staff communicated effectively about evolving protocols to help residents stay informed and safe.
