Heathgrove Lodge Care Home

Heathgrove Lodge Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 33 people, with a particular focus on supporting older people living with dementia. At inspection, 16 people were using the service. Recent changes in provider and management have prompted improvements to quality and safety. The service has commissioned an external quality assurance team and continues working with local authority quality assurance staff to enhance standards. The new registered manager is establishing new systems and processes alongside a clearer management structure designed to enable more effective monitoring.
