People and relatives provided positive feedback, telling inspectors they felt safe and satisfied with the care they received. However, inspectors identified several areas requiring improvement. Staff recruitment checks and medicines management procedures were not safe, and medicines records were inadequately maintained. The provider's quality assurance processes were insufficiently robust to have identified these issues independently.
