Keychange Charity Alexander House Care Home

Keychange Charity Alexander House Care Home provides care and support for up to 20 people, with 15 older residents at the time of inspection, including those with dementia. The service is accommodated in a single building.

Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control of their lives in the least restrictive way possible, with policies and systems in place to support this practice. People, their relatives and staff described the home as a safe place to live and work in, with risks to residents regularly assessed and reviewed.
