Alexander House Care Home, run by Keychange Charity, is a residential care home in Sheffield providing support to 20 older people, most living with dementia. The CQC rates the service good overall. Inspectors found a newly appointed manager had begun improving the home, staff understood and managed risks well, and people felt safe, respected and well cared for.

However, the CQC found a breach relating to how medicines were managed, alongside concerns about formal staff support and quality monitoring systems. Managers agreed to address these.
