Lee House is a residential care home in Merton providing personal care and support to up to 27 older people, including some living with dementia. At the time of the CQC's assessment, 22 people were living at the home, and inspectors rated the service Good overall.

Inspectors found staff understood how to safeguard people and manage risks while avoiding unnecessary restrictions. Staffing levels were sufficient and recruitment checks were robust. People were supported to make choices, maintain independence, and were treated fairly, with positive outcomes reported across all areas assessed.
