Greenfield Care Home

Greenfield Care Home provides personal care to nine people with learning disabilities and autism. Staff knew residents well and kept them safe from harm through effective safeguarding practices and good partnerships with other agencies. The service administered medicines safely and worked well with health and social care organisations to support residents' wellbeing. However, the home needed to provide more staff training on best practice, and staffing levels were sometimes insufficient, particularly for one-to-one support during activities. Residents with complex needs received tailored support with eating and drinking, and the service maintained health action plans and health passports that helped professionals understand how to support each person effectively.
