Staff were described as kind, caring and compassionate, with positive relationships built between staff and residents. Staff respected people's privacy and dignity, and showed respect for people of all faiths and beliefs. People were supported by staff who knew about their hobbies and interests and encouraged them to engage in activities of their choosing.

Residents knew how to raise concerns about their care.
