People report that staff are kind and caring. Staff are well informed about people's life histories and preferences, using this information to build positive relationships and deliver personalised care. The service regularly assesses and reviews people's physical, mental health and social needs, updating care plans as circumstances change.

People and their representatives are fully involved in decisions about their care, and risk assessments are in place to identify potential risks and appropriate safeguards.
