Paul Murphy Centre is a care home registered to support up to 8 people with nursing or personal care needs, and was supporting 4 people at the time of assessment. The service is registered to support people with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC found staff understood people's needs and communication styles well, promoting choice, dignity and independence, with kind, respectful care throughout.

Inspectors found safeguarding practice was sound and recruitment safe, with care plans developed alongside families. Access to healthcare was timely. Some relatives gave mixed feedback on whether activities were varied and frequent enough, but overall the service was rated Good.
