Byron Lodge provides nursing and personal care accommodation for up to 14 people across 12 self-contained apartments and two en-suite bedrooms. At the time of inspection, all 14 places were occupied. The service had previously been found to have breaches related to safe care and treatment and governance, but sufficient improvements were made to meet regulations.
