Hazelgrove Court Care Home

Hazelgrove Court Care Home provides nursing and residential care for up to 48 older people, many living with dementia. At inspection, 45 people were using the service. The home's cleanliness needed improving, with areas remaining cluttered and untidy. Staff reported insufficient domestic staffing levels, and residents expressed concern that the untidiness was affecting their wellbeing.

Governance and management systems were not fully effective in identifying and addressing concerns about cleanliness, staff training, and the accuracy of daily records. While some improvements had been made since the previous inspection, further actions remained outstanding.
