Sherwood Grange Care Centre is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 45 people, primarily adults over 65. At inspection, 37 people were using the service. Staff are appropriately recruited and trained, and they keep people safe by assessing and monitoring risks related to individual health needs and the wider environment.

Medicines are managed safely and stored appropriately, with people receiving support to take them as prescribed. The home maintains high standards of cleanliness to prevent infection spread.

People are supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff promoting the least restrictive approach in line with their best interests. Individual care needs are assessed and care is delivered according to current guidance.
