Red Oaks Care Community

Red Oaks Care Community accommodates up to 40 older people, many living with dementia or physical disabilities, in one adapted building. At inspection, 35 residents lived there. The home has improved its medicines administration procedures to ensure safety. However, further improvements are needed in managing and recording medicine room and fridge temperatures. Staff do not consistently follow the provider's infection control policy.

Regular safety checks ensure the premises remain secure, and staff assess and monitor risks for residents. People are protected from harm and abuse, with staff demonstrating good knowledge in safeguarding practices.
