Pathfinders Neurological Care Centre is a care home providing nursing and personal care to adults with sensory impairments and physical disabilities, including those with neurological conditions. At the time of the assessment it was supporting 56 people. The CQC rated the home Good overall, an improvement from the previous requires improvement rating, after finding the provider had addressed earlier breaches around safe care and governance.

Inspectors found the environment was clean and well maintained, staffing levels were more consistent, and medicines were managed safely. Governance had improved through regular audits and a more open culture of learning. People and relatives spoke positively about staff availability, kindness, and greater access to community trips, and said they felt safe.
