About Sheffield Crisis House
Sheffield Crisis House provides short-term residential support for people experiencing mental health crises, accommodating up to seven residents though three were present at the time of inspection. The service delivers personal care and support but does not provide nursing care.
People using the service felt safe during their stays. Staff assessed risks to individuals upon admission and implemented appropriate safeguards. The home protected people from the risk of abuse and ensured their security throughout their time at the facility.
