The service demonstrates a strong person-centred culture with highly motivated staff offering exceptionally compassionate and kind care. All residents and staff gave positive feedback about the caring nature of the service and the thoughtful support provided. Care records show people are actively involved in planning their own care and managing risks.

Respect for privacy and dignity is embedded throughout the service, with residents and staff feeling respected, listened to, and genuinely influential in how the home operates.
