At the time of inspection, 13 people were living at the service across two floors, accessible by lift and stairs. Outside space at the back of the home was available for residents to use.

The provider demonstrated good practice in working with families to arrange nominated visitors and facilitating garden visits for relatives. The service had chosen not to admit people into shared rooms, promoting social distancing and individual space for residents.
