The home features communal areas including a music lounge, quiet sitting areas, television lounge, and dining room, alongside a landscaped garden designed for residents' use. Relatives described residents as safe and happy, reporting they felt comfortable raising complaints if needed. Safeguarding and complaints procedures were established and accessible.

The home maintained robust cleaning systems with additional measures implemented to protect against Covid-19 risks. Staff spoke positively about the management structure and new manager in place.
