Seymour House-Northwood

Seymour House-Northwood provides accommodation for up to 36 older people, including those living with dementia. The home offers single bedrooms with en-suite facilities, along with communal spaces including two lounges, a dining room, a quiet room, and a large garden area. At the time of inspection, 35 people were living at the home.

The provider's quality monitoring systems were not always effective. They had not enabled the organisation to identify and promptly address some of the issues identified during the inspection.
