Santa Care

Santa Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to four adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs. At the time of inspection, three people with mental health needs were using the service.

Systems to protect people from the risk of infection were not always effective. Staff did not consistently follow infection prevention and control measures, leaving gaps in safeguarding residents from potential health risks. The home must improve how it implements its infection control procedures to ensure all residents receive safe, hygienic care.
