Seven Rivers - Care Home with Nursing Physical Disabilities

Seven Rivers is a care home with nursing providing accommodation for 29 people requiring nursing care. At the time of this inspection in July 2018, the home was at full capacity. Previous concerns about the environment had been addressed, with people's rooms and communal areas redecorated and a new service lift installed. The home had also taken action to mitigate risks from falls and to improve call bell response times. Improvements were noted in the support and training provided to staff to ensure they had the skills and knowledge to meet people's needs and protect them from harm.
